Biographies

Betty A. Ziskovsky, MAT, BS - Principal Consultant
Betty has served as a Co-Director of a Minnesota Charter Alternative School, and taught as a licensed Teacher in both urban and suburban public elementary schools, a private middle school, and an alternative secondary school. She is also a trained Life Coach. Betty started her education career as a Special Education EBD Paraprofessional. She has over 12 years' experience teaching in and evaluating school environments. Betty also founded an international education non-profit organization and directed it for over ten years.

Joseph P. Ziskovsky, MBA, BS, CLM, CLP - Principal Consultant
Joe has served as an Executive Business Administrator and Manager for 23 years. He is certified as a Lean Practitioner, Lean Master, and Lean Trainer. He initiated, coordinates, and leads a companywide Lean effort at an international Twin Cities company and serves as a Peer Lean Auditor for a large number of major Minnesota companies. Joe has also taught courses in Lean Application for the Manufacturer's Alliance, and continues to develop Lean training courses and materials to meet specific organizational needs.
